Biedriba Gaujaslici is an Evangelical Lutheran Church organization in Cesis, a community of
20,000 people located 80 km east of the capitol city of Riga,
Latvia.
Led by Helena Andersone, Biedriba Gaujaslici is a
Lutheran outreach to families, the homeless, and refugees. They will be
the most recent recipient of goods sent this coming Thursday from Orphan
Grain Train--Michigan.
Loading
of approximately 3,000 cubic feet of boxes will begin at 10:30 a.m. which
generally requires two hours for volunteers to fill a full high-cube 40'
shipping container. We welcome any volunteers.
